I have spent most of my adult life living in the country, riding, training and competing show jumpers and hunters. Being from a military family, I was born in Tokyo, Japan but grew up in McLean, VA. I have been in Who’s Who Among American Students and am a member of The American Society of Equine Appraisers as well as The United States Equestrian Federation. I started Two Chances Farm, an equine investment partnership, in 1985 when I moved to Middleburg VA. My husband Peter and I have owned and managed our family farms together since 1991 in Virginia, as well as Devon, England. We have lived in Millwood, VA for over 12 years, have raised two lovely daughters…a VA Tech graduate and our youngest is a Sophomore at VCU and have a large collection of dogs and horses!
I started my solar journey when I had solar powered lights and a fan, with a battery back-up system installed in my horse trailer! Solar power had given me the freedom and independence to have electricity anywhere at any time. I believe in the sun and Sigora Solar!! I look forward to meeting new people and talking about the incredible financial benefits of sustainability and Solar Power!
