Sales Operations Coordinator and Office Manager– Raleigh Durham
Sigora Solar is moving into Raleigh Durham! Sigora Solar is currently Virginia's leading and fastest growing solar design and installation company with offices in Charlottesville, Richmond, Waynesboro, and Manassas. We are expanding into Raleigh Durham and looking for a tech savvy Sales Operations Coordinator and Office Manager to join our team and lead this nascent branch of our company. The main focus of this position is to assist in facilitating the sales efforts for residential clients along with reception and office managing tasks as required. These tasks include maintaining our in-house CRM, accepting in-bound sales calls and setting appointments, generating new leads, following up with existing clients, and coordinating community events as needed. This position offers a great opportunity to gain experience in the rapidly growing solar field, using technology (especially Excel) while learning about emerging technologies used in the renewable field.
The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. The job environment is stable, based on known relationships with people and well-defined processes. Job knowledge and competency is built through structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers. Communication with others is based on knowledge of repetitive job routines and procedures gained from sufficient on the job experience. Consistent, error free work based on defined regulations and standards are key measures of job performance success. The job environment promotes steady, methodical work output so that job routines can be completed on time and error-free. This position is designed to develop a valued technical expert, who recognized and supported by management and a stable work environment, can deliver quality work on a consistent basis. The ideal candidate has significant competency with excel, has used CRMs, and has a technical mind. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but outstanding applicants without one, will be considered.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Compiling and organizing virtual customer files
- Developing and maintaining various spreadsheets
- Maintaining internal CRM flow and providing updates to partners’ CRM(s)
- Sales administration assistance
- Assist in finding and registering for events
- Answering incoming sales related calls and setting initial appointments
- Generating new leads through outreach
The role is fast-paced with the expectation to meet quick turnaround deadlines, both internally and externally. Ideal candidate will be organized, with an ability to multi-task, technically inclined and very comfortable using Excel functions and spreadsheets.
