Sales Analyst (CVille, RVA, NOVA)

Sigora Solar, the largest residential solar company in the state of Virginia is hiring to expand their team of solar sales professionals. 

We are hiring immediately and are filling positions on a first come first serve basis. Sales Representatives on commissions as independent contractors.

You will be working with customers in their home to find the right fit for their needs and will be able to size and sell a system right there on the spot.  The primary mode of solicitation is through neighborhood canvassing and door to door (face to face) contact with existing and prospective customers.

You will have the opportunity to work on an experienced sales team where you will receive real mentoring and coaching to be successful in one of the hottest and fastest growing segments of not just the sales industry but the US economy!

Essential Functions:

  • Acquire new customers by conducting door to door canvas appointment, or referral solicitation in assigned territory

  • Prepare and execute sales pitch with knowledge of products, services, and rates

  • Attend weekly sales meetings as required

  • Maintain excellent record keeping and reporting of sales and daily activity

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience preferred but not required for success

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Energetic, positive attitude with a desire to succeed

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Creative and persuasive problem solver  

  • Self-motivated and organized, ability to work independently

  • Reliable form of personal transportation (business mileage is reimbursed)

  • Auto Insurance that meets the minimum requirements per VA state law

  • Flexibility to work non-standard business hours

Physical Requirements:

  • Walking for 4-6 hours per day

  • Frequent local travel

  • Daily exposure to outside environment, including inclement weather

  • Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
