Had our panels installed on Thursday and Friday. Wednesday we had the energy-efficiency screening of our home done by Aubrey. Aubrey was extremely professional in explaining how the entire process worked and was a really wonderful person to work with. The electricians who came on Thursday and then the gentlemen who actually installed the panels were wonderful, professional and timely. So far I've really enjoyed working with Sigora Solar. Their staff is very prompt in returning my phone calls and emails. I would recommend them as a company to go solar with any time!

We had an amazing experience through and through. The installation was surprisingly quick (only took a few hours for our 7.1 kW system) and the crews were very professional and kept our yard clean. I love how the panels look and fit so cleanly on the roof. We got the full Produce and Reduce package so we also received an energy efficiency audit and some free improvements. I was surprised how much they were able to do considering the home is new construction! Definitely glad they performed that audit and we now have a Pearl Certified home as well! The energy efficiency team was great to talk to and suggested some other energy/home tips to help make our HVAC and water heater last longer and operate most efficiently. It’s nice to know we won’t be wasting lots of the energy we produce to any inefficiencies in the home. The whole process was simple and professional, and I’d definitely recommend Sigora to anyone interested in going solar.

It has been a very pleasant journey working with Sigora Solar. It all started with a great visit from Paul one summer day. He came in and described solar energy with great detail. He left me with all the information that I needed to make an informed decision. After thinking it over (and it didn't take long) it was clear to go solar and to do it with Sigora. Every step in the process was smooth, clear, and concise. I received calls and emails to make sure I understood every phase of the process from getting approvals with my homeowner's association to getting the final inspections. The customer service has been top notch. Today, I'm nearing the end of the process with the energy efficiency testing. Darrick, Jack, and Jacob came in and did a thorough check. Fortunately, my home is only 2 years old and was in pretty good shape. However, they went the extra mile and made sure I had the extra gadgets and apps (Nest thermostat, Hue starter kit, etc). Great Company!! Great Team!! Great People!! I'm looking forward to many sunny days ahead.

Sigora Solar installed my system in Virginia Beach and it's been operating a full month and I can see the difference already even with the short daylight days of November. Matt explained how they size the system and worked with me to find the right financing plan. Randy kept in touch during the installation and inspection process keeping me well informed. The added bonus was when the energy efficiency crew of Jack, Jacob and Aubrey came and checked my house for energy loss. I didn't realize how many bulbs needed to be changed to LED and the Philips Hue bulbs were a pleasant bonus which can easily be controlled at home of from away. If you are interested in saving energy and money I would recommend Sigora Solar and their team and the quality work and equipment.

This is a review about the Energy Efficiency Testing- I can not have enough good things about the team that completed it. The team consisted of Audrey, Jacob and Jack. They were super professional with all their testing and keeping me informed about what was going on, where my house was testing at, what that means, and what they are going to do from there. There have been some bumps in this process as a whole, which is to be expected, but the efficiency of this team made me hopeful that the rest will go smoothly!

We just completed our Energy Efficiency Exam in our home and everything went very smoothly. Our energy exam has most definitely been the most professional experience with Sigora Solar up to this point. The team consisted of Audrey, Jacob and Jack. They came in and did testing on our home and made the changes necessary to make it as efficient as possible. They changed all of our lightbulbs to LED bulbs to save maximum energy. Also, they changed our thermostats to Nest thermostats, which makes it possible to control the temperature from our phones. On top of that they added extra insulation to our attic door. These three men were on top of every aspect of their job and did an outstanding job. They even took the time to explain everything they were doing as well as why they were doing it. On top of doing their job, they were all very respectful and a pleasure to have in my home. This team of men were definitely top notch!

Aubrey Hughes and his team of pros really knocked it out of the park-we cannot overstate how pleased we are! We had solar panels installed on our home and the entire process has been great! What we were not expecting was the above and beyond service and added benefit of a whole home insulation assessment, nest system thermostat upgrade, outfitting out home with LED bulbs where needed, and a Hue bulb install, at no extra charge! They thoroughly explain the cost, potential returns, and optimization of energy usage and Jason makes himself readily available with any and all questions. They walk you through every step of the process with regards to permitting, installation, and hookup. You can also have easy access to your energy production on an app once the installation is complete. Aubrey, Chris, and Casey came to the house to do the energy audit and did an excellent job explaining ways to maximize efficiency while they replaced all light bulbs and did the recommended upgrades to help with the Pearl Certification. Highly recommended for ease of service and customer-focused attitude.

Wanted to say how great everyone has been. Paul is phenomenal! Yesterday, Jack and the other guys came to the house for the efficiency upgrades. Arrived early - how often does that happen? They were incredible! Super friendly, always had a smile, and were extremely helpful. Our experience in getting solar panels was filled with lots of education. There is so much to solar panels and energy efficiency that we had no idea about. The entire crew from start to finish was professional and informed. Hey. I just had my Energy Efficiency Team review come in and check my house over to be sure I’m not losing any energy I shouldn’t be. The Team consisted of Aubrey, Chris and Jacob. I had solar panels installed on my home 1.5 years ago and am really happy with that decision. Sigora handled all aspects of the project: sizing and design, paperwork, construction, and energy efficiency upgrades. While everything was not perfect, Sigora always worked with me to smooth out bumps in the road. They have continued to support any issues since the system was turned on. The panels have on average produced more power than we have consumed which has been awesome.
